What data we collect

Booking and contact requests. When you fill in the form on our booking page or email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address, and any organisation, phone number, preferred dates, group size, type of stay and message you provide. This is sent directly to Suzan's mailbox and is not stored elsewhere on the website.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use this website — for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location and device information (such as country, browser and device type, derived from your IP address). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics data is retained by Google according to our Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Cookies

This website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to measure site usage, as described above. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or personalisation.
